Uncle Don took us out in his new to him truck to show us the sights of the Sonorian Desert. The yellow flowers are from the Agave plant, known for it's tequila making ability. Once it flowers, it dies. but that's only like once every 10 years. We also got to do a bit of rock climbing, see some cactus flowers, pet some horses that lived in the middle of nowhere, take in some spectacular views, see the innards of a Saguaro cactus, and even get a good look at an "Apache Boot". No, not the big white one at the end, that was just one that was a good 20 feet tall!
