Mr. Jay invited us to join him and his kids (and a neighbor) to head into Atlanta and watch the DragonCon parade. The kids and I got up pretty early to get on the train and head into the big city. We staked out our spot on the street and just started to watch all the strange folks walking around. The parade was really amazing and the people were friendly and loved to have their picture taken. Of course we got a bunch more after the parade. We headed to the host hotels to check out the sights, and even had the kids all holding hands and making a train Ferris Bueller style (that worked awesome by the way). It really is strange watching Darth Vader waiting for an elevator! After all of that we said our good bye's and the kids and I wondered around the city to get lunch, they really did enjoy just hanging out in Atlanta. We may even go back next year!
