The following is our daily journals from the trip. Katie's is copied down exactly as she wrote it, and Jimmy's is my best translation of what he said (I wrote it down each day).
Jim
Today was another huge day. We decided to go to the Animal Kingdom. By
the time we all got up and dressed it was 11:30 before we left. Of
course that sorta killed the idea of naps. This park is really cool,
I feel like with just the walking tours and such we could have spent
days here just exploring. There were some rides that looked really
cool, but the height requirements made them rides for a future visit.
We did get to meet Mickey, Goofy, and Minnie and Katie even started
an autograph book. Besides visiting with the characters, we did get
to go on a jungle safari, ride on dinosaurs, take a REALLY SCARY dino
ride (we won't be doing that again for a few years!), see an AWESOME
Lion king show (That Katie got to be a part of), and now that I look
back, that was really about it. No wonder I feel we could have spent
more time. Of course, it was a late start and we got tired sorta early
so it makes sense.
The kids were getting tired of the heat and crowds by around 6-7ish so we came home and Mr. Jeff joined us for some down time. After getting home we changed into our suits and hit the "big pool" at the hotel. Well, until the thunderstorm started, then they closed the pool, so we did some exploring. After saying goodbye to Jeffito for the evening, we headed over to the grill for some pizza and never-ending cups of whatever drink we want. after dinner we hit the pool till about 12:30 and then called it a night. Whew, pretty awesome day, again.

Animal Kingdom
Today we went to the animal Kingdom. We saw lots of animals. We went
on rides and cruses. I had a great time @ the Animal Kingdom

The scary ride was cool but scary. The dinosaur one with the lots of
dinosaurs adn the one holding the tree at the end. I saw one HUGE bird.
it was in a tree. we saw stanley, lion king mickey minney & goofy.
we saw monkeys and we went on a safari ride, and the girl cow and the
boy cow were playing together and the gir cowe peed on the boy cows
nose. and then the boy cow said "I'm outta here"
