The Kids and I all decided that we should have a FANCY Easter dinner. We picked an excellent menu consisting of roasted lamb, stuffed artichoke, purple cauliflower, fresh croissants, and a spinach and tomato salad with a nice vinaigrette. So, after showering and dressing all fancy (Jimmy even borrowed one of Daddy's ties for the evening) we started the cooking. As you can see everyone helped, and it was a great dinner!
