The following is our daily journals from the trip. Katie's is copied down exactly as she wrote it, and Jimmy's is my best translation of what he said (I wrote it down each day).
Jim
Today was Epcot. We took a few pictures over at the sea area and
headed on over to land to see what the wait was for Sorin'. It was 2
hours, so we did Simon and Pumba's movie and then the fruit ride. We
saw hydroponics, aeroplonics, tomato trees, watermellon trees and
all sorts of cool ways that they are growing plants. After that we
headed on over to the imagination center. The kids enjoyed Figment
and we had fun playing with the stuff. I liked the pictures that made
noise when you stepped on them, and the kids even got to send an e-mail
from Disney. That was cool. We played with the spiting fountains and
the watched the upside down water fall (water jump?) before heading
on over to Canada. There we learned that the kids could make a mask
and collect stamps and trinkets from each country and get a prize at
the end. So we were off on our around the world adventure. There were
a bunch of characters around, and the kids loved it. I think it made
the countries exciting for them. oh and if the kid weren't there, I
would have allowed the very forward Italian girl I met to pick me up,
Que bella!
After finishing the globe trek, we headed on over to Sorin'. It's line
was much shorter, and the kids were very impressed. Jimmy couldn't quite
wrap his head around if it was a movie or a ride, I tried to tell him
both, but it just seemed to confuse him a bit more. After that, we hit
Spaceship Earth and then headed back to the hotel for dinner and some
swimming.

EPCOT
(Today I don't really remember much + I don't really feel like writing,
but I will wrtie a little.) I rode spaceship earth, swaw fireworks on
the bu, and saw "honey I shrunk the Audiance" in 3D.
Jimmy
We rided on spaceship Earth. And smashed pennies. I asked a lady if i
could have four quaters and she gave me em and we didn't bring the
squirt bottle we watched fireworks in the bus we went to chineese,
actualy we went all the way around the world. I got people from movies
autographs and me and Katie saw cute Ducks. Oh and we saw Figment,
actualy we rided a ride on figment, and we thought we would see figment
but he wasn't there. we sended an e-mail to Mommy and Daddy and Grandma
Sue and we looked funny in mirrors and there was water that sparyed
over you and water that shooted up. we went swimming at night.
